Writing a Successful Business Plan

Writing a successful business plan is more than just researching and computing data. Your business plan needs to contain compelling reasons why your business will succeed and how. A good business plan will forecast the business's performance between 3-5 years. It will include all the points outlined in the Business Plan Components sections. Use only realistic and researched facts, people can tell when you are being over optimistic with figures and predictions. Your plan must show not only the strengths of your business, but also where weaknesses lie and what you will do to try and eliminate them.
